Vonovia’s net asset value figures are based on the best practice recommendations of the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association).

As of March 31, 2022, the EPRA NTA, based on the new definition for 2022, came to € 49,350.7 million, up by 1.2% on the value of € 48,748.8 million seen at the end of 2021. EPRA NTA per share increased from € 62.77 at the end of 2021 to € 63.55 at the end of the first quarter of 2022.
