7 Profit from Disposal of Real Estate Inventories

Income from disposal of real estate inventories in the amount of € 380.5 million (H1 2021: € 191.7 million) consisted of € 234.8 million (H1 2021: € 187.0 million) in period-related income together with € 145.7 million (H1 2021: € 4.7 million) in time-related income from disposal of properties. The increase as against the previous year is due to the larger project volume overall, as well as to the transfer of benefits and encumbrances for a project in connection with the sale to an individual investor (global exit).
